i (study) break for brewskis

january has officially been termed 'study month' for me as my upcoming and *hopefully final* licensing exam looms in the distance.  feb 6th to be exact.  i decided to join the boys as they went on a brewers' adventure to the grand opening of jester king brewery just on the outskirts of town.  as a responsible student, i offered to be the designated driver but still managed to sample some of the fine beverages and score some girl scout cookies.  the scenery was beautiful and it was wonderful to escape the textbooks for an afternoon.  we even saw matt and emily there and ended up spending a wonderful evening with them at the fick casa...sponsored by epic mealtime.  *shudders in disgust but cannot look away*
